![]() The Shire scenes stand out as the most grievous example, IMO, because the appendices talk about color grading that scene in particular and how they intentionally pushed it away from green into more warmer yellow tones to give it a more "homely" feel. ![]() The fact it was a consistent RGB value over every single frame of the film just further amplifies that it was an accident of some sort. The folks on the AVS forums even isolated the exact RGB values of the tint so it could be removed. The other shots you posted from the Shire and the intro showcase it. In addition to the (very small) handful of intentional changes they did, they did also apply a blanket green tint to the entire film, start to finish, in a way that can only be a mistake.
